Gentlemen. I seem to remember a little cartoon on Nickelodeon about an evil alien, a teensy one, with two antennae, little pointy limbs, and big shiny eyes. He had a high-pitched voice and delivered grandiose speeches, and yes, it’s all coming back to me now, he had some idiot robot sidekick, and they lived in the only weird-looking house in a long suburban sprawl, and there was a weird kid who was always trying to get rid of the alien, and keep him from destroying or dominating Earth…

I think it was called “Rugrats”.

Anyway, it was nothing like League of Super Evil, which is not intended to be a comedy.
